Not with the existing heads and stock deck height.
On alky it could be done, but will it?

Well in TA catalog they say that 1500 has been made with their Street Eliminator Head. Thats stage 2 head territory! I would assume that their future cylinder head would out perform the existing ones. I guess we will have to see what the future holds.
