I know there are some boards out there, but I want to subscribe to one and be done with it..........the best one out there.
I just picked up a 1988 Firebird Trans Am
305 w/automatic.....trottle bodied...150k miles on it.
Runs good......new radiator, new swaybar, new alternator, new exhaust from the cat back
Body has some dents, paint fading(looks like 2 different reds), and clear coat problems.......no rust anywhere except some bubbling by the rear fender, light. Underneath the car is in very nice shape too. Not to bad at all....needs interior work. The car is completly stock or stock replacement parts at least. Fully loaded car........I got it for $1000 bucks....guys wanted $1500.......not bad for a daily driver.
Anyways I just want some where to go and get ideas for things to do to it............not sure what a 305 is capable of(I would like to get a built 350 in it, but the GN comes first....LOL? I think they have around 180 to 190 horsepower from the factory....LOL......what a dog........LOL..........still eats rice though.....well some.
