Methanol and coatings compatible?

I have been considering getting a progressive alcohol kit for some time now. However I have a couple questions. My combustion chambers, piston dishes, valves, intake and exhaust runners in my heads have all been coated with ceramic. My piston skirts and main bearings are coated with some type of teflon material. Will Methonal be an issue with these coatings, or am I good to go?
