All rooms were being held until August 5, 2011. If you need one at this point, it doesn't hurt to ask. They might still give you the club rate.

Friday night - test and tune from 4:00 pm until dark.
Meet and Greet at Simonton Lake Drive Inn - used to be an A&W stand, so still has good root beer.

Saturday

Gates Open 8:00 am racing order as follows:
BCO Qualifying Rounds / Elimination Rounds
TSM Qualifying Rounds / Elimination Rounds
THS Qualifying Round / Elimination Rounds
Gamblers Race (open to all Buicks)
FWD Qualifying Rounds/Elimination Rounds (if we get enough cars)
Ladies Race
Test and tune lane all day
Car Show sponsored by the Indiana Chapter

5:00 pm - pulled pork supper for $10 a person for adults, $5 for kids under 10. Pulled pork sammys, baked beans, tater salad, soda and dessert. Then back to the hotels for socializing.

Sunday

Testing and tuning with declared racing class
Quick 16 Qualifying Round
* Modified Class
* Street Class

Friday test and tune is $20
Saturday and Sunday racing each day is $40
Spectators all days is $10, kids $5 6 and over, I think.

So all the classes run qualifying / eliminations on saturday... except quick16 is on sunday?

That is kinda weird?

Saturday is the only day that we have the track to ourselves. Sunday is when we used to run brackets 1 and 2, which is their Modified Class and Street Class. We pay out to the Buicks that go the farthest in those 2 classes.
We also moved the Quick 16 to Sunday so that any TSM or TSH cars can run in the Q-16.

Do you know the time frame of events for saturday, ie. track opens(1 hr time difference right) qualifying, etc. and how late the track is open till. Thanks
