What are the most important things I should look out for? Every car type has its own common issues and would like to know before I commit to a trade.

Just by my car, its near perfect.

It is for sale. Be in the garage most of its life. I am the orginal owner. No rust, never raced, never wrecked.

Some small parking lot dings. Currently registration until next Aug.

Mostly stock/original except for timing chain, hot wired fuel pump, rear seal, and water pump.
 
If the other offer falls through, I'll keep you in mind. What common problems can you tell me about with these cars?
 
Rear seal was a rope seal, neoprene replacement.

Driverside header exhaust leak between cylinders 3 and 5. Weld while supporting header so it will not warp.

Now the stock MAF's are beginning to wear out, replaced mine a few years ago. Some go with the LT1, LS1, or LS6 MAF/Translator or Translator Plus/Extender Chip or Extender Extreme Chip.

Sloooooooow electric windows.

Body flexing. Install rear seat braces, under hood braces, frame rail cross brace, and frame to cross member ''V' brace. I have all of these.

Without a torque strap or neoprene motor mounts, the motor mounts break and then the DP hits, then the Knock Sensor goes wild.

Burning the PS upper supension bushing with the larger DPs.

Can think of other right now, but other members will joint in.

Got the pics - any of the exterior? What I saw of the engine and interior looked clean.
