I could use one of those.:)

Tear down revealed no damage.

Planned upgrades: ARP bolts to studs, cometic HG, TD rockers, HV oil pump, Champion ported intake, SFI flex and balancer, coated cam bearings, total seal rings

Yes, I'm very excited Eddie is doing my motor, he called today with an update. I appreciate his honesty in what will work best and not just what adds to the build cost.
Got the ported intake from Champion today, what a great job they do, there web pics do not do their work justice. I'll post some up tomorrow.

Got the intake back, champion does very nice work!

Agreed, I was surprised by the amount of porting done. I sent them a nice thank you email.

I've found the exhaust studs of the Focus work great for the dog house. This pic is with no gaskets and a 1/2" spacer. Killin time waiting for the engine.

Excuses, excuses. :p

Looks good though. Do you plan to drop it in complete? Tans and all?

RL

lol, I detail as I go.
I'd like to, but I think I'm going to do engine and then tranny. More manageable and less risk.

I put them in complete by myself. Do you have a plenum strap? That's key.

Pic's are really nice.

RL

No, do you have a link to one? I used the top cross support of the lift to pull with a come along. Cherry picker doesn't look like it would reach. Just concerned the top support can handle all the weight?
