Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone has any technical data on our CS130 alternators.

What i would really like to know is what is the minimum rpm need for our alternators to actually be charging.

My goal is to get the proper cogged gears to make sure the alternator is charging at idle.

Thanks guys,

Adrian

The stock alternator is a CS 144 not a CS130!!!! The CS144 is a much better machine than ANY version of the CS 130.

I used to have CS 130's on my truck, my wife's car and my kids' cars. I kept replacements on the shelf for WHEN they died.....(not if).

Hmmmmm i keep forgetting what we have and i am away from the car to really identify mine.

Does anyone even know what the min rpm needed for charing is on our stock alternators?
