Yes, Bobby is well known for building these motors to make big power. He just finished my stroker motor. He can get you the parts that you need. I would call him and talk to him to get a timeframe for the build. He gets VERY busy for race season. If you are in a hurry for a motor, he may not be able to get to it fast enough for you. You will need to talk to him to get an answer for how long it will take.
