going to have my stock 120amp rebuilt and put volt booster back on the car, does it hurt anything to go up to 200amp or a little less, I'm sure I would atleast want a 140amp?thanks

More amps won't hurt anything but your wallet. Generally speaking, your electrical system will only draw the amperage it needs. Having more capacity available from your alternator may help if you upgrade things on your electrical system like fuel pump, cooling fan, sound system, and so forth.
