Looks like I may have an answer to both your questions:

ALBERTAN I don't have any pics of the RPO sticker unfortunately. I can tell you the car was ordered by a GM Service Dept. rep. originally with just about every option you could get back in '87. It didn't have the block heater & twilight sentinel options though. It did come with a posi rear w/aluminum drums (odd for sure) & aluminum bumper supports (strange also) power windows & locks, opera lights, digital dash, cornering lamps, CSII, 40/40 leather bench seat w/mini console, wide chrome strips on the door bottoms, bodyside molding, half vinyl top, & all the other normal top-of-the line turbo regal options. It supposedly was (is?) the highest option, highest priced TR (besides an X) ever built as per the GSCA. I sent in a copy of the window sticker to them back in '91 or so and no one ever seemed to have a GN, T, TType, or Limited that topped it. It was a great car for me for many, many years (even if it did collect dust in the garage for 15 years!) & it always turned heads wherever it went. I got several speeding & reckless driving tickets in it too Hope this helps you somewhat.

I took the OP to mean the most expensive "used" T-Type anyone has seen sold lately? I guess to get an idea for the upper price these cars might fetch on the current market. Maybe he can clarify exactly what he was asking for to be sure.

You can buy mine for $45,000 and own that honor.

Hell, for $45,000 I'll even finish painting it and put it back together for you. :D

My Twin Turbo T-Type is officially for sale. (for the right offer) I don't have every option, but I do have eleventeen MILLION hours into it, and a BUNCH of 321 stainless tubing that is worth another elventeen thousand dollars. The car needs paint and some body work. But, under the hood, it's kinda purdy.;) If I finish the paint and body work it'll be the most expensive car in the world. Because the way I do body/paint work, it will take me a ZILLION hours to just get it smooth enough for paint. (and by then, it'll be like a 1932 Duesneburg is today. It'll take me 76 years.:p ) (Body work/paint isn't my deal. Never have done much of it.) I would sell just the engine/turbo package, though. Guess I better post this in the for sale section. Sorry Jay.
So, I'll sell it for $45,000.01 for the new record.

Okay, $45,025.00 and for that price I will put it together and get it running (may take me a few weeks).

Is this the car that M.M. from Monroe owned?
