I'm posting this for a friend so contact him please.

Up for sale is a low mile engine and transmission out of a 76k original mile 87 Grand National. This is the original 109 casting turbo engine with 20 bolt oil pan and oil return in the front.Engine will be sold from oil pan to intake with accesories and turbo. This includes headers, crossover, plenum, water pump pulley,cam/crank sensors, balancer, flexplate, alternator, starter, stock injectors, and crank pulley.Everything is factory untouched internally on the engine except the roller cam and rockers.

All you have to do is add the following parts for a running and driving engine:

throttle body
coil pack and ign module
wiring
intercooler

Engine has good oil pressure and does not smoke or make any odd noises on start up or WOT.Engine had a 206/206 roller cam installed by Grand National specialists Southeast Turbo Performance(www.seturbo.com)in Dallas,GA.Less than 500 miles have been put on the roller cam equipment which includes Comp Cam 885 HI REV roller lifters,DLS cam button, chrom moly pushrods,Comp beehive springs w/ titanium retainers,T&D 1.65 roller rockers, and a Rollmaster billet timing chain.Retail on the cam parts alone was over $1600,labor for the install was $1250.At the same time as the cam install,I had SE Turbo install a new blueprinted GM front cover and oil pump assembly($500) along with a new GM water pump($80).The only reason for all this work was I knew the plastic timing chain gear needed to be replaced and since the engine was torn apart,I went ahead and upgraded and put a roller cam in since reading all the internet horror stories about wiped cam lobes with todays oils.

Trans is the original 87 BRF code 200r4.This is a fresh hi po rebuild with CPT(real Art Carr)hardened input shaft and hardened forward drum,CK shift kit,CK billet servo,300m anchor pin, kevlar band, boost valves,PTS bottom feed pickup,HD lockup solenoid, and an Art Carr cast alum deep pan.Trans shifts perfect, shifts arent tire barking but very fast and firm, very street friendly,I really cant say enough good things about CK's shift kit!!

Converter is a 10" 3200 stall with anti balloon plates from Pats Performance Converters.I used a ta61 turbo with this converter and the stall was perfect.Would work very well on any turbo from a ta49 thru a ta62,would even work well with the stock turbo, just would probably spool a bit to fast. This converter has never been locked at WOT and has always been run with a big external trans cooler.

Turbo is a Limit Engineering ta61 with less than 3000 miles.Has the .63 Garrett housing and HD internal wastegate.

Trans has 600 miles since being built, converter was purchased new at the same time as the trans rebuild from gbodyparts.com.

Engine is still in the car and youre more than welcome to come and get a ride before removal.Just the aftermarket parts and labor alone cost over $5000.

Looking to get $3400 obo plus shipping costs.Located in Birmingham,AL.Call for quickest response 205-453-2765

Shipping

Freightquote.com They are very easy to work with and were extremly cheap. I shipped a 300 pound pallet to CA from NY for 86.00, that was a couple of years ago though. Also try aduiepyle.com, they are mainly in the Northeast shipping business. They are extremly friendly and the drivers are very nice and helpful, prices are great also.
