I believe Bruce did this while modifying the MAT tables in the chip. IN the normal code, that MAT does very little. In Bruces car, I bet MAT does a lot, almost as much as a speed density system would.
If I didnt know beter, I'd say Bruces thread on removable rom is geared towards speed density, as in runnong Typhoon 3 bar code in a GN. Just gotta add the DIS stuff and BAM. If only I could program

If the stock ecu was speed/density then moving the AT sensor would make sense. Since it's there to trim the MAF readings then it makes sense to keep it where it reads MAF sensor air temp, not manifold air temp. Unless you want to try and data log manifold air temp.

The stuff is in the stock code for using an IAT timing correction.
I used the setting from a N/A bin file, intially.
Yes, it does work.
There are two parts to it the spark bias, and the spark table.
Reflocating the IAT post turbo allows for IAT/MAT changes due to Intercooler heat saturation.
Everone knows you can't do a MAP 148 <g>.
