my 87 limited sags in the back

Is it supposed to sit like this? Nearly every n/a regal I've seen sits like this.

Rear springs are probably shot. There 20+ years old in most cases. A friend of mine just replaced his and it brought up the body about 2 inches in the back. He used Kirban's variable rate springs.

If I got the correct replacement springs would they level the car out?
