my new old '84 riviera ttype, need info, opinions

i just picked up an 84 ttype riviera turbo. i think it is a 42,000 mile car. all original,, un-molested.

i got it to do very little work to and drive, but seeing the numbers made, should i be looking at restoration? the only thing is it does have a ton of rust, mostly still surface, but everywhere.

what are some sites to visit?
what should i do?
