‘87 Buick Turbo-T
THIS is the ad the previous owner had. He did the tranny an paint an i did the motor an more!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am the 3rd owner of this car and have owned for 6 years. It currently has 88,000 miles. White with WO-2 black out package. Factory lightweight car (3300 lbs) with only cruise, power trunk, and rear defrost. I installed power door looks when I had a Viper alarm installed. Rare bench seat with column shifter and grey interior is in excellent condition along with the stock steering wheel. The car was completely stripped down to bare metal and repainted about a year ago. During this process the interior, doors, hood, decklid, and glass were removed.
Before being painted, I went through the drivetrain and completely upgraded or replaced worn components. The engine had only 80K miles and ran great so I didn’t rebuild it but I did replace the valve springs with LT-1 Springs and did a leak down test. The tranny was showing signs of flaring and I purchased a PMAC tranny with hardened parts along with a Bruce Toelle 3200 9/11 converter. I also installed HR parts upper and lower control arms, Moser axles, ATR sway bar, U-joints, airbag.
Car placed 1st and 2nd place in the only two car shows it was in. Car is the perfect street car with the John Craig TE-61 and 3200 9/11 converter. Its easy to drive and won’t over heat
Car has run a time of 12.3 @115 mph on Nittos and only 19 psi. Should run easy mid 11's with more boost
Since this I have put about 8-10 grand in the car still haven't added up all the receipts an not sure if I want too..
