need a chip

i think i am in need of a chip
i am running way too rich i think.... smokes under RPM increase but is just solid black with black soot left behind

has stock turbo(says garrett on both sides and i believe to be stock... not too sure)
stock intercooler
009 injectors
bosch fuel pressure regulator
THDP 3"
cats
ATR SS single exhaust
k+N cold air intake
plenum spacer (probably they air redirector thingy-it is about 1/2 inch high and is red colored between the upper and lower intake not too sure what it is)


i believe that is it and just wondering where i can get a custom chip burnt for 93 octane
what *timing would i look for and how high PSI is recommended
