hi there...anyone have a complete list they could post for all the parts i will need to buy for complete performance rebuild of my 200r4...
need to bring it to instructor at school to find out how long it will take to get all these parts im assuming from the states...as we are on a schedule in school here in vancouver...have tried to call a couple vendors but my pst time zone screws things up a bit...so if someone could please just post the list that would help a lot...thanks noah.

Hi, you will need everything found in CK's rebuild kit as seen here:
www.CKPerformance.com
As well you will need larger boost valves, a larger servo such as the new one CK sells, hardened pump rings, hardened stator support, a billet forward drum, and possibly a billet input shaft. There are also some other goodies like rollerised low/rev housing and centre supports which are nice too, but not necessarily needed. You will also need one of CK's manuals, which is AWESOME, as your teacher is clueless when it comes to performance modding this trans. I had never taken apart or built a trans before, and I built my own using CK's manual. It has step by step instructions as well as pictures for every step of everything for disassembly, rebuild and performance modifications.

If you have a look at Ck's site look at the parts he lists for his Stage 2 2004r. You might not need every billet piece he lists, but that is basicly what you need.

We are up in Northern Ca. PST also....

Hello noahzark,
We are in your time zone so you may call when you desire. I could get that stuff up to you in less than 3 days if needed. Read this and look at the other links. If you would like to converse about ANY of it, please call.
