need fast help and advice!

so far i have not read or heard of anyone having this problem wit there car that im having, its this ringing sound like beeeeeeeeeeeeee...... kinda like that beeping ringing sound u get in ur ears sometimes, just a long stable ringing just yesterday i fired up my ride and i got a loud misfire, kinda rare it wasnt doing it before but as i got home i noticed that ringin noise that goes away as its pickin up speed but as soon as i get to a stable speed wether its 10 mph or 60 mph its still there my vacuum and boost is good so i checked it out its coming somewhere from the turbo throttle body area and i have no idea where and why its doing this? i need some help on this becuz its so annoying u can hear it from standin 5 ft from my car and i dont know where to start looking, car runs fine but another thing i noticed since this incident is that it will misfire at the first try to start it up after a drive n sitting there for a while, happen to me twice yesterday thanx for any input oh more more thing could it be my spark plugs?

well figured it out it was the gasket between my throttle body and turbo that was bad and was causing that noise changed it already and im back to normal well not normal but one less problem to deal wit
