need fast xfi install help

Bought a FAST XFI off a board member with the casper harness. I have all the lights on the casper box lit up and i have power light on on the xfi. The CRANK light and SES light on the dash flashes on and off steadily probably twice every second. I cant get my laptop to connect to the xfi at all on any of the COMS, it just says no ecm found. Am i doing something wrong or missing something. Any input would help. Thanks Bryan

Get ahold of Norbs or highpsi. They will help you out, Norbs is probably a better bet because Highpsi is a pretty busy guy

You are in Flash mode. Your battery voltage is either too low or you have the Flash pin grounded. 90% of the time its low voltage. If you are using a thumbwheel, make sure you are in position 0,1,2,or 3.
