Need fuel line clip

I'm looking for a small part and was hoping someone had one laying around thy could sell me. It is a small clip that fastens the three fuel lines to the underbody of the trunk after it come out of the tank. It is in the right of this picture. It has three notches and a hole in the center. I'm tryig to refasten my fuel lines without hacking. . Thanks!!!!

Also if someone could explain or show how the lines are fastened to the body where the rubber spacer is directly after the rubber lines convert to hard lines directly out of te top of the tank. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
