The parts would be expensive to ship as is,that is why I want to cut them before shipping. You can see the cut line in the picture posted. I want the outer skin and a portion of the wheelhouse not the entire panel. I will patch in the parts.

Well.. getting it is not a problem, I could just tie it to the roof of my Alero and drive it down.

Do you think it'd be alright cutting that with a Sawzall, if I left it an inch or 2 large??

I'm no bodyman... evidenced by researching my posts on this board.. :tongue::tongue: But that looks like a pretty straight forward cut.

I still worry about shipping tho, even cut... that outer skin would be begging for it in transit. Maybe a small wooden box, with 1/4 ply??

Pictured is the panel area that I need…..I want both sides of the box….these parts can then be put into a cardboard box and shipped….the entire part would be way too heavy and expensive for shipping, to make it economical.

Im pretty busy right now as I inherited my sisters kids due to her passing...I dont mind taking something to a shipping place,when im in the area,but I cant find time to measure exact cuts and plasma cut things down to specs and then package and ship them,I just cant do it and dont have the time and for me to do it would cost more than just paying for frieght..Sorry..
