Need Help check engine lig. on after swaping chips

Last night after coming home from the track I swap out my TT chip back to my stock I turn down the boost to about 15psi like I had it before I put the TTchip the only problem is my check engine light turns on as soon as I start driving it now I dont notice any changes in my SM readings and my engine is also a bit on the shakey side as well. New ET which I was bump about is 13.4 I only got to passes there was lot or cars last night at the track

I would disconnect power to ecm and remove the chip to see if one of the prongs is bent or not making proper contact. If the chips looks fine, but the other chip back in and see if the CEL goes away.
