Need help, first trans goes now bearings on rebuilt engine?

Im working on the car today and had a question, is it good when your crank pulley bolt is laying inside of your crank pulley?

Probably not...
Who took it off, to begin with?? The guys that worked on it, B4 you stored it??

Yea, i dont wanna say any names. But anyways it had loctite on it, it just didn't lock i guess...

Really thats wild... Anyways i should have the car up and going this weekend if i can find a place that has a new rear main seal. Why is that so hard to find locally?
