Need help identifying unknown downpipe

Does anybody know what kind of downpipe this is? I'm first in line to buy it but I don't know much about downpipes.

Looks like an old ATR.... The flange is that thick. Also look at the bends..... They are not mandrel bent.... Has some flat spot near the bend...

Does it look to be ok or is it too old? I don't know much about downpipes. The one I have now uses the stock elbow. Is this one worth $300?

Make sure the puck arm moves freely. They had issues once. I have one and have no issues. Wow, that's twice today I have posted things that actually work well on my car.
