Need help on a Non-buick Garrett T04B80 turbo

Got to talking to a kid that works for my parents the other night and he said he had two brand new turbos never used and he's not sure what the are for or how much they're worth. So he brings one of them to work and I remembered the model number but didn't have anything to write the serial number or anything. It was a four bolt rectangular exhaust flange with a round downpipe flange. Anyone have a idea what this is good for and/or how much it's worth? Let me know

Maybe, go back and get all the info, and then it will be lot's easier to tell what they are.
Would be good to get the info off both of them, to see if they are a matched pair.
