Need help with VIN search for brother's '64 T-Bird

Brother is close to buying a '64 T-Bird. He'd like to check VIN history.

Any suggestions??

Good question as carfax and the like don't do anything that old. I would have to guess there is probably no all inclusive VIN search for anything that old due to paper records of the time. There are places that you can enter the VIN and decode it to see if the car is optioned like it should be but that will probably be the best you will find.
