Need ID and Info on 84-85 Chip

I have a aftermarket chip that says "84-85GN STRT LTHL" on the bottom of it.

Does anyone know who made this and if there is any info on it such as timing, boost and Fuel maps?

Sounds like a ESP (Eastern Performance)
chip. Don't know much about it.
