I have a 9mm Taurus that I bought back in '96. The gun is a 15 shot, which I understand they don't make now, blued with black rubber grips and has never been fired. Does anyone know what this gun might be worth or where I could get some information on the value of it? :)

did u try the taurus websit?
www.taurususa.com
to tell the truth, its prolly not worth that much, unles it was a limited production gun. Tauruses are decent guns but not generally collectable

I can buy a NEW taurus 9mm in polished stainless for under $375..

Hey Mike I have the same gun, I bought it new back in 91 I think it was, and it was $380 new then. But it came with the African walnut grips or what ever wood you call it , It has since went through all the hp mods that you could do to it and at the time I shot about 300 rounds a day through it till a tab on the barrel snaped off which Tauras replaced free of charge. I now have a stocker and sold my race gun. For the money it's a nice gun

you can also check out www.auctionarms.com for comparison. Taurus is making quality stuff now, but it wasn't always that way. Like previously mentioned, it is just not collectible. The 15 round magazines are hard to come by, so that pushes the value up some. Post ban mags are 10 round.
