by looking at the file, the car sounds like its going against the rev limiter but it is set a 6200, the O2 values drop way off and come back. is it possible that the injectors are shutting down due to another reason???

Unlock BLM lock @ WOT and throw 20-30% more fuel into Fuel trim table after 4000 rpm. Did you have the fuel pressure set at 45 psi? If so the car is not supplying enough fuel and cannot compensate because BLM are locked. When we were street tuning that car was 720-730mV at 25psi with 55 psi of FP line on. Take a look at the Duty Cycle and see if your over 100% DC. Or look at the injector PW curves, in scope mode, and make sure the curves never cross.

I had a sililar problem that is easily fixed........burn the car
