if you're in a crunch you can get a "universal gasket" from autozone, it's a sheet of gasket material maybe 9x9 or so and you can cut it to fit whatever you need. i did this for my TB and plenum gasket when i was running out of time, but wanted to change my stock set up to a 70mm hemco set up for my tuning session with Bison

otherwise, rock auto may have 70mm gaskets, i know RJC has plenum and TB gaskets for 70mm set ups for sure

And this is what I did for the EGR block off plate it’s the stock EGR welded up and painted.

Stronger than anything you’re going to buy and will seal great.

Thank you!
Fullthrottle has them for half the price but the shipping is around $20 . I wished they used flat rate boxes. Gaskets and the block of plate is so small . I might just make my own.
Oh wow
Yeah make your own you'll spend less on the material then the shipping alone.

I did wonder if the billet EGR do seal good? I used a thick plate like you did and it worked great. Just doesn't look as good as the billet one but I rather have it sealed and no worries of it leaking.

I don't have experience with them.
I just cut up my EGR , welded up the base and made a gasket.
It was cheaper I didn't have to buy anything that was my reason

I've heard of guys having leaking problems.
But some have had success.

For me just the way they're design I don't trust the way they seal.
Just the one bolt at the bottom is not putting any leverage up top where the sealing needs to be.
That was another reason I decided to do what I did. I knew for sure this was going to seal

exactly! one bolt isn't enough.
