need thumb wheel help

Can anyone give me some info. on the 16 position thumb wheel? who to contact, how much..etc... Also can someone tell me how to get in contact with either Jay Carter or Red Armstrong or anyone who custom burns chips to specific applications....Thanks, Bobby
