I thought this question would see more views here so I'll post it.

Can I configure PL to monitor more than 30psi of boost?
Also, I've read that the 3-bar map is only good to around 30psi what do I need to do to read more reliably? I need another 7psi to be safe reading..

thnx

Can you even get 35+ psi out of your 5831? If so is it still efficient? BTW the PL configure page has settings for up to a 5 bar map.

Yea, its only coming alive right now at 30psi and screams with another 3-4psi and alchy.

Where do I get these different MAP sensors that work with our cars?
How do I configure PL to use one of these?

Thanks for the help!!

Open your PL, hit f3 for configure, look to the RT and you will see a map type pull down that you will choose from. I don't know who sells the 3.5-5 maps but they must be in the configure page for reason.

Ah.. Got it... Thnx!

I'll have to find a different MAP now..

I like that MAP sensor but PL doesn't offer a setting for a 4-bar. It offers 3.5 BAR then 5 BAR.

Any way to get it to offer a 4 BAR?
