Can anyone guide me to a web site or something that gets in detail with/about turbos. I need to learn more about them like-Qtim, Ptrim, etc. I know the basic stuff but thats not good enough.

Thanks

Just look in the advertising section of most magazines and get the web addresses of turbo sites. You can contact them to find out more. The only one I usually go to is Precision Turbo & Engine. They usually answer your questions by the next day and are very helpful.

As far as wheel trims are concerned. Here are the specs below expressed in, Exducer/Major

N-trim = 2.07/2.92
O-trim = 2.29/2.92
P-trim = 2.54/2.92
Q-trim = 2.69/3.11
R-trim = 2.85/3.20
S-trim = 2.96/3.20

Those are your typical exhaust turbine wheels. Some others are out there, like the master power units which use a little different variation in some of their units, but that covers 99% of your turbos out there.
