need torque specs ....

hey guys im sure its posted on here somewhere but the search bar is being a treat this morning ,keeps saying try agin later anyways need the specs for the rods,and main, heads wont be in for prolly anouther week and i have the studs ,trying to get this bottem end together today guys .need to start on it cuase spring is right around the corner and im behind,.........thanks in advance
