Oem GN 87 wheels . Want to lower the car a little . So I'm thinking. 225/60r/15. What do you guys think ?

Factory is 235/60/15 you wouldn't see a bit different? Change the rear to be taller and wider look better.

They would be about .5" smaller in diameter than the stock 215/65/15. I think 225/60/15 would look good with the car lowered 1-1.5"

I went with 215/70-15. They look good with my 275/60-15 out back. Only slightly skinnier than stock.

215/70 is the same width as stock (215/65) just about 27 inches tall whicb is about an inch taller than stock

I have 255/60 15's on the back and I am getting 235/60 15's put on the front. The rears are a little taller but the fronts are the same diameter, 26". My mechanic told me the 235's will rub a little when locked. I really like the look of the 235/255 combo. Looks very appropriate for our cars. I have OEM GN wheels.

no tire rub. I like them. HTH

All of my cars, 2 with 1" lowering springs all around and the
stock 18K mi., 87 Gn all have the exact same ride height
differential, front to rear, of 5/8". I was impressed with this
result, since I made no effort to acheive it. Just installed the
springs and Bilstein shocks and there it was!
