Neil Chance 12" 3000 stall w/lock-up 600miles

I am selling this for a buddy of mine.The converter has around 600 miles on it,still fresh, went to a bigger turbo $210.00 OBO.

Is it a restalled D5?? I'm confused because I was under the understanding that the only 12" 3000 stall you could buy was a orange stripe.

Yes, I belive it is a modified 12" converter by Neil Chance, we were able to spool up a 63 turbo without any problems.
