GN rims 005.JPG I was very happy to test drive the car and no rubbingGN rims 001.JPGGN rims 003.JPG

Size and backpacking stock brakes, springs, spindles, etc? Should add it to the wheels and tire thread

Sorry guys, all stock spring, spindles and brakes. Back 17x9.5 b/s 4.5 and front 17x8 b/s 4 rims are Centerline CRS1, tires are, rear 285x40zr17 front 245x45zr17

Looks good. What brand are the rear tires? Got a view from the back?

thanx for all the nice things said about my car, but I will say I had 235/15s on M/T Drag Radails and I got better traction from them... And also the converter seems to hav a looser stall

i find it that bulge of tire has lots to do with rubbing....15x8 with 275 will rub while same back space on 17x9.5 with 275 40 will not.....for some people.

I definitely think you're on to something there. It seems like a lot of people on 17's+ are able to use 295's where it would be almost impossible to not rub of 15's.
