New Carpet ?

I just got the ACC replacement carpet kit from one of the Board vendors. The new carpet does not have the heavy rubber backing that the factory carpet has. How do I get the same sound deadening with the new carpet kit? Use both the underlayment of the factory and the new kit? Suggestions? It's also quite wrinkled and has been out in the sun for 2 days. Thanks

Sorry to hear that i was thinking about going with ACC. I want as close to the factory as possible too.

They do have the original heavy backed rubber but kit's very pricy. I think it's around 300.00+.
We sell the midgrade just for cost effectiveness & weight.Still has a great fit.
Don't even bother with the low grade.
