New Component Install

I'm rebuilding my engine, as well as changing heads, cam, injectors, turbo, slic, maf pipe, translator, scanmaster, powerlogger etc. Question is would it be wise to leave the electronics alone, not install the powerlogger, new chip, scanmaster etc. untill the car runs - then begin to change the rest?

Normally when I make changes I only like to change 1 thing at a time...easier to diagnose problems but since you seem to be changing a lot of things...cam...heads...injectors...etc at the same time I really don't think it matters...JMO...

That's what I was thinking. If I do all of this and it won't fire up or runs like **** I won't know where to start...
