IMHO This forum seems to be turning into another Q&A section...

Instead of folks posting step-by-step solutions...folks are posting their questions looking for answers.

No offense intended towards anyone....just an observation....please don't flame me....I'm very sensitive and you might hurt my feelings.:redface:
