OMG...Another 3 valve mistake coming down the road. The ferd 5.4 was bad enough but this will be worst the the 5.7 chisler hemi that needs new heads if the gasket blows.

doesn't look 3 valve to me.. the basic valve cover looks like any other LS engine, but those lumps between the coils look to me like they are probably covering the fuel injectors.
