After too many weekends wasted trying to locate a repairable semi decent used header, I gave up. After a few searches via Google and a couple of other parts sites, I found www.speedyautoparts.com. For $131 and shipping you can have a new one. Hopefully it won't be a fit problem. The SKU # is 5225. By the way, anyone know where to locate opera (side) window molding?
