new idea?

I wanted my "new" scanmaster (thanks to RUQWKNF) in the typical location (above radio) but ive never liked the wire showing,so i come up with a cool idea;
i pulled the chrome trim out of dash and drilled a small hole large enough for sm lead to pass through.BE CAREFULL THERE IS A HARNESS BEHIND DASH IN THE SAME PLACE.this harness will pull down enough for safe drilling.
run wire through hole,make connections behind stereo,velcro sm to dash and snap chrome trim back in.:biggrin:
you can always remove the sm and since hole is behind trim,no one will know,and installation is clean.
