This car will be driven on the street and took to the local 1/8 mile track for its weekly beating.:D I would like your opinions on Q-trim vs P-trim, BB vs Non-BB. I thinking of going 70 or 72. Combo is as follows

4.1 stage II off-center
3.625 crank
6.3 rods
Champion Ported TTA heads
Champion Ported Stock intake
1.6 roller rockers
224-224 roller cam
70mm throttle body
Stretch intercooler (but working on front mount)
Fast XFI
3500 vig stall
83 lbs injectors

I want something that will spool quickly. I've heard the Q-trims are a pig off the line. Thanks Michael

They are slow to spool if you don't have the right convertor in the car.. I would go with the 70 gtq with at least a 3800 convertor.. I would stay away from the front mount.. don't need it and if you drive it on the street.. you will hate it... can go plenty fast with a stock location (big row) good luck!

There again Ball bearing is used for a improperly sized convertor.. if you have the right stall a standard bearing is fine..

PTE70 Ptrim w/.83 A/R. Good street manners and will foot brake well..
