New noise

Im getting a quick chattering noise coming fromt he passenger side upper dash, anyone else ever have this?

If occurs while driving (hitting bumps), it's most likely the rubber "hood bumper" pads at the rear of the hood needing a coat of white grease.

nah, i have that covered, thats more of a squeaking noise. it really onyl happens when the car is parked in drive. when i shift it to park(or raise the rpms by driving), it goes away. i originally thought it was my cracked up plastic dash piece hitting the window, but i had someone hold it while driving and its not
any other ideas????
