New PM master cylinder?

Does anyone still sell the master cylinder for the PM? All I can find is master cylinders for vacuum or hydroboost conversions.

The PM is all one piece so there is no separate master cylinder.

Kirban sells a seal kit with most of the seals needed for the master cylinder. Doesn't include the primary and secondary stage, but it's got most of the booster section stuff.
