New power window motor slow

I installed new regulators about six months ago. I got factory replacements from one of the GN vendors. The motors are already slowing down. I'm really pissed. It wasn't the easiest thing to do install them. Anyone else have this problem?

I was going to replace my driver side motor because it was slowing down, turned out it was just the switch.

I also did the switches and the relay on the fuse block.

Check the power and ground connections.

There's a thread on how to mod the motors to get them to work.. Try a search.
