new PTE-54 turbo 4/S

I have a new PTE-54 turbo-mounted it on new motor but never ran it or put oil through it. It has the .85 exhaust housing with a polished compressor housing. The outside of the exhaust housing has some surface rust that can be cleaned up or thermally coated which i was going to do. It has been sitting in my garage for about a year while i get my 2 cars together. I paid over $850. for it-will part with it for $750. shipped. I will be using my T-70 on the new motor so no longer need it.
