New to fast, help needed

The engine was very rich therefore I changer the global fuel injector from the 36# injectors that I have to 83 # injectors size. Could anyone help wigh basic start up perameters? My setup is SBC 406 cid , cam 250 260 @ .o5o mini ram intake 36# injectors , ARF heads intake runners 238 cc.
