hello i am new to gn's, i just picked up one yesterday, it was an hour and and have trip. but it seems to lack some power, does anyone know of a dyno place around chicago? the car has a bigger turbo, injectors and fmic.

Wlecome, they probaly have the car cut back so you dont blow your head gaskets the first week you drive it! Good luck. Read alot!

thank u guys, i will do more reading. u think that i should take it in for a dyno tune?

I wouldn't just trust my car to any shop with out knowing if they have any turbo buick experience.

Also try and get with the person you bought the car from and try to get a list of items in the combination which will help you get the car sorted out and to get a good running car is to have a combo that works well together but don't always achive the same results. That is where a good scan tool comes in handy. But before you buy a scan tool you need to know if your running a stock ECU or a aftermarket set up like a XFI, Big Stuff 3, or classic fast or gen 7. Different things require different tools.
